So we can apply this experience and sensations into our daily life. Yoga helped me to value my life experience, find my truth and accept the moment. I learned how to easily breath and live in the challenging poses with whole acceptance of who I am right now. I saw that this is a key to learn how to face difficult times, accept challenges as a gift to promote, increase and strengthen myself. So now I can share this Wisdom during Vynyasa Flow Yoga practices. I choose to be the change I want to see in the World. So what change do you want to see?''
