About The Teacher

Charlotte is a motivated Yoga Instructor with advanced training in yoga and specialisation in Sivananda principles.  She has been inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long-term health and fitness goals for over 19 years.

Charlotte has studied the art of meditation extensively with Burgs, whose teachings have helped in her development as a yoga instructor and have enabled her to bring much more to a yoga class in the art of breath and relaxation.She teaches students correct postures to ensure maximum benefit and safety, and provides guided meditation at the beginning and end of each class to help students to centre themselves and get the most out of each class.

Her teaching focuses on Hatha yoga (which works the body through postures [Asana’s] and breath awareness) and on the special techniques of Pranayama - breath control, raising and balancing your psychosomatic energy, boosting your health and mental concentration. Control of the breath leads to control of the mind.
