About The Teacher

Parul is passionate about holistic living and get great satisfaction by helping people achieving their health goals. Her  yoga practise focusses on getting postures  right and holding the pose to enhance strength,flexibility and balance. Overall she  believes such practice is one of the building blocks for a fitter & stronger body. Parul's classes are suitable for all levels and provide variation according to individual capacity.

Qualifications :

200 Hours Yoga Certification ( Vyasa Yoga-Yoga Alliance member, Singapore)

27 hours Kids yoga certification- Rainbow Kids Yoga Teachers Training- Yoga Alliance member)

30 hours of Yin Yoga certification

4.Participant of Mindfulness based stress reduction- (MBSR) is an eight-week program that introduces you to mindfulness practice in the form of sitting meditation, body awareness and mindful movement, modeled by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD 

5. Sound healing (Nada Yoga) certification
