Parul is passionate about holistic living and get great satisfaction by helping people achieving their health goals. Her yoga practise focusses on getting postures right and holding the pose to enhance strength,flexibility and balance. Overall she believes such practice is one of the building blocks for a fitter & stronger body. Parul's classes are suitable for all levels and provide variation according to individual capacity.
