Nishta Matarese

About The Teacher

Nishta Matarese was born in the USA - she has with Italian roots and currently lives in Tuscany. She attended Northeastern University at the school of Psychology. She spent 10 years in the field of social services in Hawaii where she lived for 20 years before becoming Director of Marketing and Programs at The Studio Maui where she first studied conscious dance with several master teachers.

She is a long time mover, yogini, meditator, and tango teacher. She is a disciple of Osho and a student of the Diamond Approach School. All of these things colour the way she facilitates movement explorations. Her teaching style is heartfelt, humorous, clear and transformative. Her passion is to share with others what it means to her to live a more full and authentic life.

She is a certified International Open Floor teacher, an embodiment, dance and movement school based out of the San Francisco Bay Area; a method she is excited to share with others. (contact info blocked)
