Adi Goren. Israeli and South African. Quirk·y. Serious. silly. spiritual. 

Architect by training, dancer by heart. Black Belt Nia practitioner. White Belt Aikidoka. Beltless Yogi. Her teachings are guided with mindful poetic expression in words and movement. Deeply healing, reconnecting inherent mystical wisdom and igniting the personal via the transpersonal in movement. Creator of the Architecture of Movement, a language to free body, mind, emotion and spirit. Enchanted on the path for self healing through dance, martial arts, yoga, mysticism and mindfulness. 

Adi lived in South Africa for 18 years and returned to homeland Israel in 2005. Raised her daughter as a single parent. Speaks Hebrew, English and Afrikaans. 

The path of movement exploration is walked with teachers and friends via Aikido, Yoga and dance connections. Adi practices Aikido in the Israeli centre for Aikido led by Eli Lerman Sensei. Mystical principles and inner science with Thomas Huebl's teachings. Nia with Ann Christiansen. Yoga with Ruti Amir. 

Adi led over 40 retreats in the past decade within Israel. She offers regular weekly classes since 2006 and teaches the Architecture of Movement program as a yearly course. The deep dive course is offered as a 9 week program as well as an intensive retreat.
