Carlos is a NYC-based yoga instructor, He was introduced into yoga to help heal an injury he experienced. Never would he have imaged yoga would go on to affect every aspect of his life. He’s an inspiration to men who don’t currently feel flexible or strong – as he never was before starting his journey over four years ago. The strength and growth from first learning yoga and then going on to become an instructor has given him has been a blessing. Carlos began running a yoga class for Pawed NYC in June of 2017. What he shares with the bear community through Pawed NYC is that through patience and practice you can improve, grow, and learn a lot about yourself no matter who you are or where you begin.
