About Geshe Tenzin
Geshe Lharampa Lobsang Tenzin was born in Tibet in 1976, and after attending his village school for a few years, he entered the Hoyuk Dak Kar Monastery in 1993. In 1994, he fled Tibet and traveled through the Himalayas to reach India, where he stayed at a Tibetan Refugee Camp before continuing his studies at Sera Je University. Within seven years, he completed all the basic texts on Buddhist logic and the six perfections; in 2002, he graduated in the perfection of wisdom. In 2016, he received his degree of Lharampa Geshe, finishing in first division for all of his exams. In 2017, he graduated with a doctorate degree in Buddhist Philosophy and was officially granted the title of Geshe Lharampa Lobsang Tenzin.
