About The Teacher
Born to parents with wanderlust and some distant gypsy blood, I grew up traveling across Australia in a bench seat, column shift, Ford Falcon. Six schools and a near expulsion from university later, my compulsion for making the world 'right' has gifted me a career in the humanitarian world and a growing passion to spread the yoga vibe. Open to a life of possibilities and a belief that love does indeed conquer all, I spend my time trying to figure out how to create world peace one tiny step at a time. I specialise in yoga for humans, humanitarians and those who think they aren't flexible enough for yoga and I love to practice and teach vinyasa flows that take your mind to another place, yin that soothes the soul and meditation to keep us all sane and happy.
