Lisa Brisse is an Exercise Physiologist, Wellness Coach & Founder of State of the Heart Fitness in Santa Monica, CA. She coaches people to live in alignment with one's heart and live their best life through movement, mindfulness & meditation. She loves getting people out in nature and combines her love of travel to facilitate experiences that train the heart, mind, body and soul.
