About The Teacher

I am Robin Schouw and I prefer to travel around the world.

For ten years I worked as a pedagogue in social work where I helped and coached both young people and families. In addition, I have always danced and traveled. Through dancing I became aware of my body, and I always wanted to transfer this to other people but did not know how? I accidentally came into contact with yoga due to a wrong lesson. This was the best thing that happened to me!

In addition to the mental benefits, I also noticed the (obvious) physical benefits of yoga: it keeps my body flexible, it is healthy, but above all fun to do!

Because I actually got along really well with yoga and especially the effect that the yoga classes had on me, I decided to make this work! That is why I have followed various training courses for Yin Yoga and Vinyasa yoga to develop myself in this. It has actually become a hobby that got out of hand with the result that I now have my own studio.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

After participating in more yoga classes and events this year than in my entire life, I am yearning for the opportunity to attend a professional retreat. The opportunity to grow my practice, learn from talented students and teachers, and immerse myself in this gorgeous Red Feather Lakes sanctuary is the dream of a lifetime! Sara
