Jane teaches Dynamic Yoga, which is a deep Hatha Flow, allowing the movement to take you into a journey of self-enquiry within your asana practice. Broadening, lengthening, and grounding whilst moving in a conscious flow within the breath. Enquiring into the possibility of taking the practice deeper using the dynamic approach and allowing the breath to flow as freely as possible. Jane has been practicing yoga for 22 years and completed her training in September 2013, although she continues to train and practice with her teachers whenever possible. You can expect a safe and gentle approach to your practice within her teaching, with the experience of knowing how to take the body into a deeper level of consciousness during posture practice. Jane has been living in Gozo for the past 2 years and enjoying the freedom that this beautiful island brings, with its own unique feel, offering a perfect environment in which to practice yoga.
