About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Julia is a Co-Owner of Los Altos de Eros Hotel & Spa. She and her partner, Andre moved to Costa Rica from NYC in 2018 to fulfill their dreams of living and working in paradise. After working with a yoga studio in the city for over 2 years, she knew she wanted to help people with the gift of yoga and healing. She completed her 200-hour Yoga teacher training shortly after and has been leading yoga classes and retreats at Los Altos de Eros ever since. She specializes in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga as well as breathwork, meditation, and chanting.
