About The Teacher

Drs. N.W. IJzerman-Emons is my full name and title. I am educated at the University of Leiden as a Clinical Psychologist and I 've done a master in Intergenerational Contextual Psychotherapy and Psychoanalytic Grouptherapy. Personally I have many years of experience with Sacred Mushrooms and Ayahuasca and recently finished a traineeship from Joop van der Hagen at the Pennva Institute to work as Ayahuascero.
I have many years of experience in travelling with enthogenic plants, especially sacred mushrooms. They helped me to reconnect with my inner child and with the magical world most of us lose on their way in life. To me, Mother Earth is the reflection of the Divine Spirit, of God. The living bread that Jesus gave us might as well be the magic mushroom, because by taking the mushrooms as a holy sacrament, they unfold the truth about your being, they bring you back to the source, to God. They show you the way to break the chains, to face the darkness and eventually to enter the light and be free!
Sometimes travveling can be hard, because you meet shadows and chains. But you never get more than you can handle in that moment. It is my purpose to guide you on your yourneys through the darkness into the light, into freedom.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

I am an oncology nurse and a few long time patients have died recently. I need to rejuvenate and return to my breath! Elizabeth
