About The Teacher
Renee has been on the yoga path for over 25 years. Her biggest yoga lesson has been learning to be present for the full experience of life: joy, pain, contentment, frustration, boredom, and passion. The second biggest lesson is that mindfulness and yoga are a way of moving through life with more intention, consciousness, awareness, presence, and calmness.
Since leading her first yoga retreat over 10 years ago, Renee fell in love with the powerful magic retreats have to offer. Immersing yourself in a space of mindfulness, movement, conscious community, nature, healthy eating, deep rest, and digital detox, can support healing and transformation.
Renee is trained in hatha, vinyasa, restorative, and prenatal yoga. She likes to tailor her teachings to the needs of students. Renee also has a degree in counseling and she teaches overall mind, body, and soul wellness with essential oils.
