Why study with them?
Audrey is from Dublin, Ireland and lived, studied and worked there in the field of holistic wellness, nutrition, fitness, massage and sports which is not only her career but her passion for over 30 years.
Audrey represented her country of Rebublic of Ireland playing netball from a young age up to senior level, was an all Ireland gymnastics champion and was chosen to be leader of Irish youth team in the Barcelona Olympics.
She currently runs regular yoga and fun fitness cases, Mini women's empowerment retreats and loves helping people to re ignite the spark into their own life.
