About The Teacher
Yoga and nature are harmonious guides that lead us to restoration, connection, humility, and vibrant wellbeing. This immersive experience is designed to teach you embodied practices to open your heart and be guided by love as a service to all beings and to the planet. We ’ll explore ways of using our bodies, breath, mind, and senses to harness the energy that we both extend and receive. We’ll connect deeply with each other, ourselves, the earth and the sea. Each day will begin with a guided meditation practice, on the Brahma Viharas, or four faces of love. This will serve as our theme throughout the week, with practices designed to help us choosegratitude, compassion, loving-kindness, and equanimity.
