About The Teacher

Tara discovered yoga in 2007 and has since been on a yogic path initially training as a Special Needs Yoga Teacher in India  with Sonia Sumar and then completing her 300 hour teacher training in London as an Embodied Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher with Abby Hoffman.

The birth of her son in 2013 led to Tara taking a different journey following her experience with post-natal depression and to discover her true calling- helping women to reconnect to their bodies following childbirth and adapting to their new roles as mothers. Since then she has been dedicating her time to empowering women rediscover their innate sense of wisdom through grounding practices, menstrual cycle awareness, movement, essential oils and breathwork.

Tara completed her  Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Birthlight UK in 2017 and completed her Well Woman Womb Yoga Teacher Training with Uma Dunsmore-Tuli PhDin 2018 and is excited to be able to share a practice with you that incorporates healing practices especially designed for women.
