About The Teacher
Irene’s style of teaching revolves around understanding and strength. Over the last decade of teaching and training in different yoga traditions, her classes have evolved into a combination of pose structure, simple flows, and restorative styles. She loves having interactive classes where people have the opportunity to deepen their personal practice in a group setting. In an effort to make all her classes accessible for any level of student, she is a fan of providing hands-on assistance and offering alternative poses when needed, this helps each student reap the benefits of each yoga class. She is a firm believer that yoga is for everyone, and that it has the power to teach us strength and peace in all aspects of our life. Outside the classroom, Irene works as a winery/personal chef and loves teaching cooking classes and private yoga lessons.
