I felt lost and was searching for something but didn’t know what, When I completed one task, qualification or hurdle I was looking for the next fix. I painted a smile on my face every day but deep down I felt alone although I had and still have amazing family, friends and social life all around me. yoga gave me the best gifts in life, self love, self respect, self worth and taught me how to organise my time efficiently. Yoga had such a positive impact on my mental state of being. I soon realised yoga is not just an exercise (asana) It’s a way of life. I want to share this knowledge with you and the entire world as best I can because I know it can help you the way it helped me”
