Ashley Mellott

Over the past 15 years, Ashley has played a central role in helping to scale Webconnex, a Sacramento-based software company, from a 4-person to a 104+-person team that processes over a billion dollars a year for their customers. She’s proud of pioneering a company culture built on connection where people are valued for who they are, not just what they do.
Ashley lives in Sacramento with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs. As a working mom, she is intimately familiar with the tension between prioritizing a family she loves and pursuing a career she cares deeply about and knows all too well the challenges of balancing work and home life.
While she celebrates and pursues great successes on her journey, she has also endured painful failures and heartbreaking losses.  Today, more than ever, she is passionate about sharing the insights and lessons she’s learning along the way.
