Yogi Sandeep Atri was born near Kurushetra, Haryana which is the land of Mahabharta (a place where Krishna briefed path of truth to his disciple Arjuna via "The Bhagwat Geeta'). His first master was his mother. She is follower of Bhakti Yoga. So Yogi Sandeep Atri learned the path of yoga in childhood time from his mother and other family members because all are devotes in their practice. His nature bring him close to many spiritual Gurus and he learned multiple techniques of meditation/Yoga in congruence of these spiritual Gurus. He has outstanding knowledge of  Asana, Yoga philosophy, Self-healing, meditation and Stress management.  Sandeep Atri has practical and spiritual knowledge of leading yoga retreat and is a specialized chef in Ayurvedic raw and sattvic diet for detoxification, in Indian and different cuisines. He is not only an accredited Yoga Alliance Teacher, he is a healer too helping to cure people and guiding them to recover from different diseases with the help of yoga practices and food diet. He has knowledge of yogic diet which actually helps to improve our yogic life He loves to teach yoga to children and having his aim is to open Yoga ashram for future generation where they can learn Yoga, Ayurveda, Vedas, Sanskrit and different languages from early age which makes Good Yogis who can spread peace, love and paths of yoga all over the world.

He is the spiritual speaker and very keen to teach yoga so he is always travelling around in Himalayas and other places to teach and practice to enhance his skills.

Qualification:

Sandeep Atri did his Masters in Yoga at Haridwar and he is ERYT 200, ERYT 500.

He is honored with professional degree in Hotel Management and (contact info blocked) well.
