She has trained more than 100 teachers through her Yoga Alliance Certified (RYS-200) School, and has taught more than 8000 classes globally over the past decade. Shannon shares her passion for ‘healing’ while celebrating the interconnectedness of body, mind and Spirit.

What makes Shannon’s teaching style unique is her depth of knowledge in her field and the complimentary healing modalities that she fusions into her classes. She draws from various traditions, providing space for students to journey deeply into themselves as they move beyond the physical into the mental, emotional, and energetic realms of life. Increasingly drawn to nature-based spirituality, Shannon passionately utilizes yogic tools in support of growth and transformation.

Shannon has studied with and learned from the likes of Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, Sadhguru, Kriota Wilburg, Karl Straub, Rodney & Colleen Yee, Sean Corne, David Newman (Durga Das), & Monorama (amongst others), and balances her studies with a devoted personal practice. She is a member of the International Metaphysical Ministry as an Ordained Minister and shares her knowledge through Satsangs, teachings & educational programs. Combining her studies with yoga masters, healers, breath therapists, Shamans & Elders from around the world, Shannon holds space by incorporating ceremony, so that her students are able to transition deeper into their highest self.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

It would my first vacation in the mountains. I think getting away and beginning a new routine would be good for me and a friend. Dianne
