About The Teacher

FOUNDER ALCHEMY OF YOGA, HAPPINESS ACTIVIST

Through my writings, in person seminars, online courses, podcast and international retreats and trainings I inspire people around the world to get unstuck from their pain and up level their (spiritual) happiness. I guarantee results fast.

My life story and radical transcendence serves as a catalyst for clients to save time healing and removing what holds them back because I personally know it’s possible to transform your trauma to dharma and transmute your drama to dreams.

I wake people up to the power of change and their ability to choose to be happy, or happier in order to love themselves, love their day, love their lives!

I am born in Ecuador, and am proud of my Italian heritage, my Father is Italian. I developed a sense of global citizenship early on. Even today I live where I want (including part-time Bali), mostly following the sun for an endless Summer switching between the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.

Before becoming a serial Yogapreneur, I was a Director for an international Fortune 100 professional services company. I founded and owned Total Body Yoga Studio with over 9,000 students for ten years. In 2009 I founded Alchemy Tours, an International Retreat company specializing in Personal Development. Fifteen years ago I founded a Yoga School through Yoga Alliance to teach YOU how to say YES to loving yourself, I named it Alchemy of Yoga, with 30 graduating classes of Alchemist Alumni.

What you’ll learn from me is “Authenticity and joyful self-confidence in living YOUR dharma.” With more than 12,000 hours of yoga teaching experience, I have been inspiring happiness, global awareness, and joyful living in students for over fifteen years. You’ll find my published writings read by thousands all over the world as seen in Mindbodygreen, Mantra Magazine, Huff Post, Do You Yoga, Psychology Today, Gaia, Wanderlust and more.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

To bring my friend and open her world to the gift of yoga. Denise
