About The Teacher
Shayna began her Yoga journey in 2011 with a desire for a quiet place to escape the mind after spending over a decade in the restaurant industry. After moving to Washington DC, a friend suggested she'd try Yoga, and she was instantly hooked! The practice allows her to break free from the anxiety of everyday life, and silence the constant thoughts racing from a busy industry.
Shayna specializes in beginners to yoga believing there is a way to move and breath that feels good for everyone. Her retreats are all-inclusive experiences with yoga sprinkled in daily to help her students build a yoga practice that they can bring home with them.
