E-RYT 200, RYT 500 Yin Yoga Healing, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga, Woman’s Balancing Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa (Slow) Lucy Dallas is a Teacher of Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. She has been offering classes and sharing on Workshops, Retreats & Teacher Trainings since 2012. Lucy was first introduced to Yoga by her Mother at age 15, and has been exploring and navigating her way through the depths of this Traditional Ancient Wisdom Practice ever since. Studying with & inspired by teachers such as Tina Nance, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Mark Whitwell. With a background working as a Holistic Health Care Professional for 13 years, her holistic approach to Yoga draws on her vast knowledge of physical anatomy, lines of energy within the body and traditional practices of medicine. Lucy's classes are truly reflective of the beautiful nature of who she is. The essence of the practice shines through in its gentleness and the exquisite depth of peace that is contained within, explored and discovered so wonderfully in her presence. She teaches with a gentle, loving approach helping to guide you through your practice in a nurturing and supportive way, allowing you to deepen into your body. Inviting the practioner to witness the inner realms of experience with a soft presence of self care, compassion and acceptance - to slow down, move within and connect to self, your truest & purest nature.
