About The Teacher
Kirra is a Yoga teacher with over 700hrs under her belt. Along side of her Yoga certifications, she is also a Personal Trainer and a Health Coach. You might say wellness is her passion. Through her studies, she continues to realize the importance of combining movement, mindfulness, & nutrition to produce effective & lasting results though living a healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to assist as many people as possible in the direction of their own personal/individual health, wellness, mindfulness by taking care of themselves in the most holistic, natural manner possible.
