About The Teacher

"I first discovered yoga in college, and have been a dedicated student ever since. I came to yoga for the physical strength & flexibility I experienced, and stayed for the inward exploration and growth I found. I completed my RYT-200 in 2018 through Meta Yoga Schools right here in Breckenridge, Colorado, and am now working on my Masters in Mindfulness-Based Counseling & Psychology. In my classes, I strive to create an open space for my community of students to dig deeper into the self and utilize yoga to improve mind, body, & spirit connections.

I really enjoy sequencing poses that help balance and compliment the energetic nature of the lifestyle here in Colorado. I specialize in curating strong, intuitive, and empowering vinyasa classes. My classes are infused with intention, contemplative practice, breath work, and meaning to provide a fulfilling class and introspective experience. My goal is to inspire students to be their best self, and to help them thrive, both on and off of the mat."

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

It would my first vacation in the mountains. I think getting away and beginning a new routine would be good for me and a friend. Dianne
