About The Teacher

Liliana was born in Cusco, Peru and has also spent time living in Chile. She has experience working in the tourism industry with her own company, Adventure Tourism, and as well as team building for other tourism companies. She eventually sold her company in Chile and decided to go back to live in Perú, where she started again but with a clear purpose - to heal herself and honor her culture.

After arriving in Cusco, Peru she worked at a retreat center as a Supervisor, and had the wonderful opportunity to get in touch with the Andean and Amazon medicine traditions there. The search for emotional and physical healing led her to connect with and learn about the Andean Codes and Cosmovision and Amazonian medicine plants. She has participated and assisted in ceremonies of ayahuasca, and undergone special diets with master plants, with Shipibos healers from the Amazon peruvian jungle, receiving arkanas in the end (energetic and protection songs).

Through her work at a retreat center in Cusco, Perú, she started to study and learn more about her heritage and Peruvian cultures, to the point of receiving an initiation from the Q'ero tradition (Andean healers), as an Apprentice of Andean Priest, a path she is still walking and learning. In her healing work has worked with and practiced Reiki, meditation, yoga, Andean Codes, as well as plant medicines San Pedro, Ayahuasca, and others from the Amazon jungle. At Sacred Plants Retreats, she supports both guests and healers through facilitating Ayahuasca ceremonies, translating between Spanish and English for guests during their consultations with the healers, and supporting guests as they go through their healing journeys each week.

Her mission is her passion, working with plant medicines, and helping her brothers and sisters of this planet to awaken to their true essence. She is dedicated to facilitating guests as they go through their own journeys, through her experience of 20 years, many Ayahuasca ceremonies and her deeply spiritual path.
