Jeremy Falk

About The Teacher

Jeremy Falk is an E-RYT 500HR with over 12 years of experience in embodied arts. His mission is to connect our head, heart, and hands through the power of yoga to feel fully alive and of service to the world. Jeremy’s classes are a challenging alignment based Bhakti vinyasa that combine intelligent sequencing and practical philosophy with humor and heart. He encourages his students to stay connected to how the practice helps us show up in the world with more compassion, focus, resilience, humility, and patience.

His grounded and accessible style has also earned him the title of Ambassador for companies like Lululemon, Fitbit, and Yoga Journal, where he traveled the US + London for 6 months documenting yoga’s impact in the West for the Live Be Yoga Tour. He has taught at Wanderlust Festival and offers meditations through MoveWith and his popular channel “Morning Meditations for Daily Magic” on Audible. He is in gratitude to his teachers Jason Crandell, Stephanie Snyder, Janet Stone, and the Association for Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh, India.

In the last few years he has developed a passion in men’s work, having studied under Shems Heartwell. He teaches breath, movement, and meditation as catalysts for embodiment and healing the feminine / masculine energies within us. He also loves working as a conscious M.C. for events, inviting people into deeper connection and present moment awareness. He is living an inspired life of service!
