About The Teacher

Laura came to yoga through singing. Educated in Jazz Singing she discovered the empowering combination of yoga and meditation to deepen body awarness and focus on and off stage. Teaching Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa and Yoga+Voice she combines her passions: singing, music and movement.

She did her Vinyasa Flow TT with Carl Faure and Calli Poppham at Stretch London and trained with yoga-icon Ana Forrest in Berlin. In her classes she combines playfulness with a strengthening and grounding practice - always an emphasis on anatomy and alignment.

Her teaching is on the one hand inspired by Forrest Yoga - a strong Hatha Yoga Style renowned as an intensely physical and internally focused practice that emphasizes how to carry a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life. It doesn't require strength or flexibility; it only requires a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly. The practice is founded on four pillars -- Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit. On the other hand she likes to the playfulness and lightness of Vinyasa Flow to explore the beauty of transition and gracefulness in every single breath and movement.
