Hatha Yoga, the foundation of all the Asana & Pranayama practices has been a very individual practice of the Yogis in Nepal and India. She enjoyed the beautiful energy of the himalayan mountains for 9 months & studied Himalayan Hatha Yoga as well as a Alignment Body work now she is happy to prosper it within you!
Hatha Yoga has to be understood without the influence of modern fitness perspective.
In this beautiful Retreat she will teach the students exactly what is needed, through empathy and compassion. She is going to adapt, modify and make the Yoga practise accessible to you based on the abilities. Together with a different way of breathing comparing to usual Yoga Classes you are experiencing success in asanas that you believe you cannot do!
During the Traditional Hatha Yoga Asana practice you will go through three components, which are standing, sitting and finishing sequences. Additionally she is offering the cutting-edge Body & Breath Alignment Work.
