Giusi Pezzotta & Rebecca Ellis

About The Teacher

Giusi's yoga journey is part of a wider one that looks into what it means to live in a state of ease. Coming from an Asian medicine background and having worked in some of the most established clinics in London, Giusi believes yoga is an individual path that never forgets the bigger picture that connects us all. The role of a (yoga) teacher is facilitating that individual discovery.

Giusi trained in yoga therapy, hatha, ashtanga vinyasa & yin yoga. Driven by a love for continuous learning, she further studied with various international teachers combing more traditional aspects of yoga with modern approaches.

She has special interests in yoga nidra, yoga philosophy and the practice of asana from a functional (rather than aesthetic) point of view.

Rebecca is originally from Devon, a little piece of English paradise by the sea, where she loves to swim and surf. She qualified with a degree in acupuncture and has been practicing for ten years in the United Kingdom, working in different fields and established clinics. Rebecca has expanded her natural ability to teach into her passion for yoga and movement as meditation, gaining vast experience with children and adults of all needs and abilities all over the world. Rebecca is currently traveling and working abroad, continuing to learn, teach and treat, and feels extremely lucky!
