Amy Levy

About The Teacher

After a long and full career as a litigator, Amy left corporate America in search of purpose. She found herself in Nosara, Costa Rica, a place where she now calls home. While in Nosara, Amy befriended Ashley Ludman, founder of Breakthrough Breathwork. She took a few classes and was amazed at how deep one could go, re-patterning grooves and shifting old habits, all while simply breathing. Amy completed both 1 on 1 and group facilitator trainings with Ashley in 2018. She has been facilitating breathwork ever since.

Continuing on her journey, Amy found herself in Bali, where she was called to become certified as a Reiki practitioner, completing her Reiki 1 and 2 with Devi Ma, a Shaman and Reiki Master. Yoga has been part of Amy’s life for over 20 years. She rehabilitated from major back surgery with it’s magic and learned it was so much more than exercise. Continuing on her healer path, Amy completed her 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training at Nexus Yoga Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica, as well as completing Nexus’ Yoga for Addiction and Recovery training. Amy is a member of the Yoga Alliance and the Breathwork Collective.

While in Bali, Amy instantly fell in love with Ubud, feeling more centered and free. There is kindness in the air and love in the culture, with so much to do and see. Amy is both honored and thrilled to be sharing her favorite place on earth with you.
