About the Teacher
Why study with them?
A spirit from Latvia, I am deeply rooted in the traditions of Latvian Pirts—its sweat rituals, its focus on well-being, and its deep reverence for the beauty of nature. My journey began 14 years ago when my father founded a Pirts school. I joined him on this path, and since then, it has become not just my lifestyle, but my passion.
Why do I do what I do? Because it’s raw, honest, and real—and I love it. In the Pirts or sauna, it’s just the five elements, the people, and me. Nothing else matters. But the real magic lies in the people—the afterglow, the spark in their eyes after a session, that unmistakable feeling that nature has touched them. That’s what fuels me, every single time.
