About The Teacher
Warren teaches meditation, yoga classes and retreats by integrating Eastern philosophy into Western culture. His toolbox includes knowledge of many practices – what works for some, doesn’t always work for others. He blends teaching with breath awareness, thoughtful and safe movement when appropriate, while promoting deep relaxation and self-healing.
He believes in meeting people where they are and developing a personal practice to help them progress on their own timeline. His private clients include those interested in managing their stress, diet, and lifestyle challenges. Existing clients with Parkinson’s, cancer, back and shoulder issues and more have experienced the many benefits of meditation and yoga.
Warren has over 15 years of meditation, yoga practice and teaching experience. He has personally experienced the benefits of regular practice along with his lifelong practices of physical fitness, nutrition, and well-being. He is a consultant with Sersano Consulting, promoting mindfulness and stress management programs to organizations and individuals. He has lead yoga teacher training's and workshops at numerous yoga studios and athletic clubs in the US and Internationally.
