Founder of Essential Nature Yoga and Creative Director of Yoga School School of Sacred Arts and Somah Journeys, Emma Rose is a Certified Fertility Coach, Menstrual Health & Educator, International Tantra Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer (ERYT 500 & CE)
Born and bred in the wilds of Northern Ireland, Emma blends Celtic spirituality with her extensive training around the world in Eastern tantra and mysticism and cutting edge research and science. Emma is dedicated to helping people understand and embrace their bodies, unlock their authentic expression and unapologetically unleash their wild, sensual, earthy nature to live a life they love.
Emma's enthusiasm is outrageously infectious, while her depth of wisdom and practice takes you to a whole new level of awareness. With a background in creative and performing arts, Emma engages music, song, folklore and story telling for the purpose of personal and cultural healing in her offerings. She is also a poetic singer songwriter, poet and writer.
Emma spends time working with the native plant medicines of the Amazon basin, and has received medicine songs and red road teachings during her time in South America, which inspired her to study and share her own ancestral roots through Celtic Shamanism, spirituality and Celtic Medicine wheel teachings.
