Jonta is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and founder of Daily Sweat Fitness. Jonta's goal is to motivate people to be healthier (mind, body and spirit) and live a balanced lifestyle. She encourages individuals to find what works for them, and not compare themselves to others. It's important to understand that a healthy lifestyle is not void of pleasure, but incorporates the right BALANCE of structure, fun and indulgences.
