About The Teacher
Lia immersed herself in the world of wellness and mindfulness over decade ago when she had a moment of clarity and realized that her hectic desk-job life was unfulfilling and adversely affecting her well-being.
She has been developing a deep and profoundly powerful personal practice of yoga, breath work, meditation, and reiki; and that fundamentally changed the way she live her life. Through her practices, she found her way back to herself. In 2012, she made the life changing decision to leave her old career and deepen he study in Yoga and meditation. Since then, it is a continuing journey and she has been sharing her knowledge, experience, and practices with people that cross her path.
Her approach towards teaching and learning mindful practices is simply direct and practical for anyone who is willing and enable themselves to implement the practices into their lives. She has a genuine unique understanding to combine the Eastern philosophy and Western mind for a strong and lasting transformation in one’s mindful practices.
