I am a student of Life, a lover of nature, a mentor, a Gene Key’s guide, retreat creator, a ritualist and many more ‘titles’ that keep me on the path of the Heart. The heart is what I care about most, am I living from the heart-mind, or am I driven by the ego-mind? I care deeply about humanity, the Earth and how daily choices impact the quality of life, our relationships and the generations to come.
My passion is bridging the mystical and practical, creating ritual spaces that are in alignment with nature so we can experience deeper transformation and engage in practices that support integrating insights into everyday life.
My mission is supporting leaders and creators to connect to their unique gifts and to bring them to life.
