About The Teacher
I have always been a fitness lover, tried different sports and have been dedicated to take care of my body as part of my daily routine in order to find wellness. Before knowing what yoga was, I never knew how much my soul needed to be taken care of as much as my physical body. Yoga taught me exactly that: to find the stillness and happiness within myself.
In my first trip to Bali, the Island of the hundred Gods, I discovered this beautiful practice. Not only the physical asanas but the awareness of the body and mind as well.
After I had taken the decision of changing my life completely, I renounced my Lawyer career in Barcelona leaving everything behind and flew to Rishikesh, India to study the ancient traditions and explore the yogic path becoming certified with Yoga Alliance under the Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School.
Now I´m back in Bali where everything first began. I have the privilege to instruct yoga and share what I learned from the best Gurus in India. Specialized in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, I also enjoy guiding meditation classes, yoga Nidra and Yin. My aim is to make people feel comfortable creating a space for self-improvement and reflection.
As an ocean lover, I also work with surfers, designing stretching programs focused on improving their performance in the water and supporting their recovery because yoga and surf are a killer combo!
My approach to yoga is by believing in oneself, without judging our body, getting rid of all expectations and previous patterns in our mind. I always recommend to my students to bring their attention to the prana flow in their body, making their breath guide them through their practice. I like to encourage people to challenge themselves and evolve every day, step by step, with constancy, effort and patience. And the most important thing: have fun and enjoy the class!
