About The Teacher
Susan has been practicing yoga devotedly since the early 1990's and currently runs a local yoga studio in Vancouver where she has been teaching since 2006. Susan teaches both yin and yang styles of yoga, believing that both are required for a balanced practice. Exploring many styles of yoga on her journey, Susan has been influenced by a variety of excellent teachers and traditions. She received her initial 200 hour training at Vancouvers Flow Yoga in 2006, completed her Anusara Yoga Teacher Training in 2010, Thai Massage Certified Level I and II in 2011, and is currently exploring the therapeutics of Partner and Acrobatic Yoga, aiming to complete her Acro-Yoga Teacher training in Montreal in 2014.
