About The Teacher

Dorota was initially trained as an architect and has always enjoyed creating beauty in places where people lived as a creative artist. She wanted to create beauty that not only was pleasant to look at but served a purpose as well. This creative talent led her to both live and work in places such as Scotland, Asia, Europe, and the Philippines.

One day, after realizing that everything that she created just gathered dust she made the decision to put away all of her tools and empty her studio. It was in that revelation that she chose to be a teacher of being and not doing. Having worked occasionally as a teacher in schools and colleges, she has always felt privileged to be able to inspire others with their own potentials and expand their worldview.

She has since taken these tools of learning into other contexts which has allowed her to open up her work into a global network of positive change as a business coach, facilitator, and keynote speaker. In whatever role she finds herself she is certain to bring a ‘tender regard’ for human beings. She loves using games and having fun as a key part of her learning environment. She is also skilled at the art of paying close attention to the subtleties of one’s individual needs and offers a wide range of modalities to help people find their best selves.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Recenter, Rebalance, Renew..... I cannot provide nurture and wisdom to the people I love without the opportunity to fill up my own cup. Diane
