About The Teacher

Mikael spent most of his life exploring the vehicle of the human body and the mysteries of the ¨true self¨. He has been living a yogui lifestyle at Lake Atitlan for the past 10 years. He transmits an intrinsic peace in his practice through the breath and is an excellent facilitator in the dicovery of the harmony between the body, mind and soul. He has navigated and integrated many styles of yoga from Ashtanga to Iyengar and lives the Dao. Through the asana practice, breath and bandhas he is able to share his direct experience of the prana and apana flow which makes the practice come alive.
