Swami Atmatattwananda Saraswati

About The Teacher

Swami Atmatattwananda Saraswati was born in 1952 in the state of Oddisa, India. After suffering from colics and being able to cure himself through yoga practice, he left his worldly life at the age of 28 to join Swami Satyananda Saraswati at the Munger Ashram to seek a deeper understanding of yogic sciences. Today he still lives an ascetic life, teaching all aspects of yoga both in India and the West, with an inclination for philosophy and meditation. He is the author of the book “Steps to Raja Yoga”, a complete illustration and reference on Yoga knowledge and practice.
