About The Teacher

David Roma first discovered Traditional Thai Massage while on assignment piloting for a prominent communication company in the mid 1990's. Based in Bangkok, flying a private jet, David began teaching yoga within the city limits. It was then that he began to experience Thai Massage as a healing modality to the body and a blissful state of well being.

David is a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist & Yoga Instructor and a member of the AMTA and THAI Healing Alliance.

Incredible Training with a Master Teacher

Thai training with David Roma at the amazing OM Waters in Thailand was an absolutely incredible experience! David shares his intuitive mastery so freely, and this immersion took my 10+ year Thai practice to a whole new level. I am so grateful!

Magic "Om" The Waters: Feb 2020

I was so fortunate to have had the opportunity of attending and participating in David Roma's Thai Massage Level II reatreat held at Om Waters in February 2020. The experience was nothing and everything I could have imagined. To be transported to the remote and magical surroundings of Om Waters took my breath away...a place to just BE! The accomodations were quaint, rustic and simple...yet perfect. The organic vegetarian meals were beautifully and carefully prepared 3 times a day and each one was delectable. Beginning each day with a beautiful and invigorating breath and yoga practice as the sun was rising over the mountain set the tone for the day. AND...when I didn't think it could get any better....the daily Thai Massage trainings facilitated by David were so informative, full of knowledge and patience. ..David is truly a master of this healing art...always reminding us to Slow Down. As we learned techniques and positions we were invited to make the practice our own and had ample time to practice on our classmates. As the evenings fell the sky was was transformed into beautiful array of stars...someone playing the guitar...a laughter yoga experince....some Thai Chi ...and a camp fire with singing were some of the nightly activities. Our group was small...we bonded very quickly...as strangers became friends and then family by weeks end. I am filled with gratitude that I was able to have had this life changing experience!
