Why study with them?

Viggo lived as a Buddhist monk for four years (1994-1998). After this, he majored in philosophy at the University of Oslo (completed 2004) and three years of further education in cognitive therapy, at Sct. Hans Hospital in Roskilde, Denmark (completed 2009). In 2013 he came out with the book Inner Silence, and in 2015 with Silent Witness, both are published at Arneberg Forlag.



Viggo is researching the relationship between body-mind and as a result, he has based his work on integrating the Eastern wisdom traditions with the latest innovations in brain research and cognitive psychology. He has held courses in mindfulness and mental training across Europe since 2006, and is a sought after lecturer in Scandinavia and Europe.
