About us

Simply breathing and being aware of the flow of the breath can help any stressful moment. I trained at Pranayoga School of Yoga and Health in Indiana, under vinyasa flow teacher Dani McGuire, for my 200 hour teacher training program, which I completed in 2011. I have been teaching since late 2010 and I have taught a variety of classes, including yoga basics, all levels vinyasa flow, restorative and more. At Essence Mind Body Studio in Perrysburg, I teach restorative yoga and prenatal yoga.
