Stephanie doesn't look like the typical yogi or wellness coach, which she views as a strength not a deficit. She wants to help people love the body that they are in while learning to care for their whole being. She believes that wellness is so much more than just your size.

True wellness is about the health of your physical body, your emotional wellness, & your spiritual connection.

Stephanie developed SoulCare out of the response of the need for practical tools that can easily be applied to anyone's life that looks at wellness for the whole being; body, mind, soul, & spirit. SoulCare is a very functional way to address your health; physically, emotionally, & spiritually. You can take part in SoulCare through one-on- one sessions, online courses, workshops, live events, and coming soon… SoulCare will be available in print form!

After years of working with people primarily focused on their emotional and spiritual wellness, Stephanie began to notice specific physical issues that corresponded with their emotional and spiritual battles and sought out a physical practice to help fuse all aspects of the human experience together: body, mind, soul, and spirit. After moving to Florida, Stephanie began to practice yoga and realized it was exactly what she was looking for and added yoga instructor to her portfolio.

Thanks to our modern technology, Stephanie has had the privilege of coaching people from all over the world for more than a decade. She helps people navigate through various life issues while encouraging them to keep moving forward in alignment with their true north (their highest good, and/or purpose). Stephanie works with people on issues such as relationships, parenting, business, addictions, & self-discovery.

Stephanie has a plethora of certifications that has helped equip her with the knowledge to develop her own programs. She has been a lifelong student and is currently finishing her psychology degree. Her certifications include: Body Matrix RYT 200 YTT and Transformational Life Coaching (by Victoria Haffer), Yin Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Ball Rolling for Myofascial Release, Anatomy & Core with Sadie Nardini, The Journey Training RYT 200 with Sadie Nardini, Certified Yoga Therapist, Mat Pilates Instructor, Booty Barre Instructor, Barre Instructor, Yoga for Stress Relief, Restorative Yoga, Corporate Yoga (Yoga in the Workplace), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), ILCT Relationship & Marriage Coaching Certification, The JOY center, SOZO, Splankna

She has also completed many well known courses; Gabby Bernstein’s Transform Fear to Faith, May Cause Miracles, and Spirit Junkie, Danielle LaPorte’s Fire Starter Sessions, Elizabeth Gilbert’s Creativity Workshop and Big Magic,Dani Shapiro On Living Out Loud and Writing Workshops, Brene Brown & Glennon Doyle’s The Wisdom of Story, Creative Writing, Tony Robbins’ Excel in Your Career and Become a Powerful Leader, and many courses throughout the years that might be less well known but still played a powerful role in helping shape Stephanie as a well-rounded leader in the wellness industry.

Retreat Guru's Vision
