About The Teacher

Helen has been teaching yoga in the UK in Maidstone, Kent, since 2008. Her emphasis has mainly been on an Ashtanga-inspired vinyasa style of yoga, which promotes mindfulness, health and well-being through synchronicity of breath, movement and stillness. Beyond her Yoga Alliance 200hr and 500hr certifications, Helen has also trained in Mindfulness Meditation, Yin Yoga and, for the more adventurous, SUP Yoga (Yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard)
