About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Victoria came into yoga and meditation as most people do, through their own healing. On her journey, the most important thing she came across was how stress and anxiety seemed to be the social norm. In her insatiable desire to become educated in somatic movement and mindfulness, Victoria obtained her YTT200 as well as her MBSR certification from Brown University Mindfulness Center. Using these tools, she now helps teach and educate clients on ways to manage their stress and begin finding joy and peace in their day to day lies.
